Ample intervals are allowed for dialogue and discussion

In its 9th iteration, the Smart Energy national day will explore the Norwegian energy landscape.
After featuring Austria in 2017 and the Netherlands in 2018, this year we turn our attention to the way Norway manages its energy sources in a totally liberalised environment. Norway was indeed one of the first European countries to fully open its market.

What are the implications of this liberalisation for legislation, grid management, distributors and, in particular, customers?

The impact of liberalisation will also be weighed up in comparison with other industries (insurance, public transport, telecommunications). Other perspectives will also be opened up via further presentations, for example in relation to design thinking.

For the first time, we will have the opportunity to welcome a representative of the World Economic Forum. Espen Mehlum, Head of Knowledge Management at the WEF, will be the keynote speaker for the 2019 edition!
But Smart Energy Event is also a unique opportunity to interact with the 200 experts who will be on hand. Don't let this unique opportunity pass you by.

The 10th edition will take place in Sion on Friday 28 August 2020.
